2022.01.21 14:17 ineedtoaskthings does a PGCE qualify in Italy?
does anyone know if a British primary school PGCE qualification is valid to teach in Italy. I am deciding if next year to do one but after that I want to move to Italy. and I do not want to do a year qualification if in the end it will not be worth it?
it might sound like a dumb question but i just want to make sure and know if anyone else has done the same :)

Help keep me occupied contest
Hello everyone! I’ve been MIA for a bit because I’m currently struggling with a severe case of shingles. The pain is excruciating and I need to keep my mind off of it as much as I can. Pain meds only help so much.
So let’s have a contest! The rules of this contest are simple.

I have a Nikon stock D5600 camera and a D5300 full spectrum. I use the stock on galaxies and on other broadband targets but when I'm imaging with my D5300 full spectrum the quality looks worse? The stars are usually not as round somehow and generally look worse. I have an IUV cut filter and I use a bahtinov mask to focus so it's not that. The cameras have the same sensor, so pictures should be very similar?

2022.01.21 14:17 kresa3333 Temporary character/weapon boost
Hello, Recently I saw a feature in another game and I began to wonder if something like that might work in Genshin Impact. The idea is to have an option for boosting a character (and maybe a weapon as well) to max level. You pick one character and give her the "boosted" state. You can do so for only 1(?) character and there is a cooldown of X hours if you decide to remove this "boosted state" and move it to another character instead. What I like about this option is the ability to pick a character out of my dusty growing collection of characters and boost it up to max level so I can fully enjoy it for a time. Obviously if I really like a character I will level it manually because you can have only 1 of those at any time. I think there will be some kind of scaling to the calculated "max level" based on your progress in the game (maybe world level) and the option to unlock this boost will become available later in the game.
What do you think about this?

2022.01.21 14:17 redhat12345 Significant water in bag, please help
So the last two times that I have sous vide my steaks, they come out with significant amounts of water in the bags. It's almost like I'm boiling the steak. (not actually boiling as I have the temp set to 130 degrees for two hours)
I am using the sous vide bags with the air pump hole to vacuum the air out, and it always appears to be vaccumed completely, without air getting in.
Then, after I sous vide the steaks, it's almost like air and water have seeped in.
I keep the zip line, and air valve out of the water with a clip.
Anyone else experiences this? Is it normal? It is just a large amount of juices coming out of the steak? It definitely has much less flavor this way.

2022.01.21 14:17 KDx3_ Has anyone played Lone Gunman on Expert?
I'm curious if anyone has played LG, let alone beat a campaign on expert. Its really fun to play (especially if you have a nice Magnum mod).
I'm very used to Realism Expert. But LG seems so insanely difficult. Half the time I'll get swarmed immediently and the other half feels like RNG whether you get Throwable spawns or not. I also tried Googling Lone Gunman on Expert and have barely found anything.
Has anyone here given it a try?

2022.01.21 14:17 UncleDrip2000 How to make money in a bear market.
To all those drained in spirit, I would like to introduce you to my very good friend - the golden bear. It may be more challenging to survive and thrive through the winter, but if you find a way, you'll be worth your weight in gold.
This is a way to make money by predicting the outcomes of certain events, namely in the crypto space. Polymarket is one such example. It does come with it's own risks, as do all forms of investments, but it can be remarkably lucrative if you have a good sense of what you're doing. Fair warning though, it's only for people who can tolerate a good adrenaline rush!
Also known as initial coin offerings, airdrops are a great way to maximize your gains and remain profitable through the winter months. Airdrops are usually the result of participation rewards in a particular blockchain. It comes with less risk, and can be profoundly useful in making it through the winter.
Talk about a great way to make your money work for you. For the noobs out there, Yield Farming is a way to earn interest on your cryptos. There are some truly fantastic APY%'s out there - I've seen as high as 30% with coins that I am currently farming. Compare that to a savings account in a bank, which may offer as little as 1-2%.
Buy the dip
Okay, I know this has been repeated to the point of insanity, but I'm going to pitch it a bit differently here. Let's face it - this is looking like a bit more than another casual dip. With inflation, interest hikes, a buckling global economy, and the prospect of armed conflict in eastern Europe, we may be in the red for a while. So instead of going all in during this latest downturn, consider trying this: consider how much you want to invest in crypto total, and portion those purchases throughout the next few months, instead of going all in every time you see red. At this point DCAing would be buying the dip, since this bear market is likely here to stay for a bit.
I want to remark on the psychology of the HODL. Don't let fear alter your faith in long term investments, because as you know, that's what they are. 9/10 times when someone fails to HODL, it's because they were in the wrong mindset and either panic sold, or took their profits when they thought they weren't going up again for a while. Just HODL your bag for a while, and get back to your non-crypto life in the meantime. You'll be glad you did, it's as simple as that.
Good luck out there

I’m sure this has been covered but I’m curious to hear what everyone thinks. I’ve done a little bit of research and mostly it boiled down to “supply and demand”. Well, I don’t like that answer 😂 Why is there a demand? Why such little supply in the United States? Please tell me what you think.

2022.01.21 14:17 N3v3rG0nnaGiveY0uUp Storing private files on IPFS that can only be accessed with authentication
I've surprisingly found little about this online, I was wondering if anybody could direct me to methods of how one could store private files on IPFS that could be minted into NFTs and that only addresses with authorization (say from a smart contract) could access the files.
I would think that maybe encrypting the files and giving the decryption keys to wallets might work, but also haven't found much on this, if anybody knows anything more about this please let me know.
