2022.01.22 17:41 MIK4179 [OFFER] Get a minimum of £/€/$12.50 with Yield Nodes from me + potentially 8-10% profit every month!

Even during the crash this week yieldnodes provided a 1.6% profit this week, on track for a 7% month during one of the worse periods for crypto in a while!
With the 4th week to go it can hit 7-8% profit for January 2022, about to be 28 months in a row of profit for yieldnodes, I only found out about it few months ago but it has been really nice.
Yieldnodes is a passive income platform with a monthly yield of 8% to 10%! (last 2 months however have been 7% and 7.5%) This means that in about ten months, your money doubles. The best part – the volatility in Bitcoin does not affect your profit at Yield Nodes! They use something cool called masternodes. Even this month the first week (1st-7th January 2022) it's 1.7% profit even with the market crashing it is still profitable. Market has bounced back so should see the 8% profit this month! 2nd week of the month has been 1.9% profit so we are definitely on track for a 8% profit month! Gyazo link below shows first 2 weeks for Jan 2022
This is because when a lot of people sell, we gain profits from fee's etc in the tokens they invest in, So either way we are making money. Of course its not positive for us that the market is going down, but our profit doesn't follow the market the same way!
When I first heard about this platform, I was skeptical regarding the numbers. For example, investing in Real Estate gives roughly 8-10% annually, so for them to be providing 8% monthly was insane!
After researching the platform and investing for several months, I can say one thing for sure. Yieldnodes has a unique model that I didn’t find anywhere else. It’s one of these fantastic gems you have to take. Yieldnodes generates profits for your investment using cool blockchain technology such as master node staking and masternoding. The best part is that you don’t need any technical knowledge!
It’s important to note that every cryptocurrency investment involves high risk. Investing in Yield nodes has some inherent risks as well. Ensure you understand all aspects, make sure you trade wise and consider the involved risk-reward model.
First of all, never risk more than you could lose. Make sure to allocate funds according to your individual requirements.
First deposit is a minimum of €500 (you can deposit whatever amount you wish after the initial deposit) which will be locked for 6 months, I get 5% of your deposit so will give you half of the £/ 25 I will receive (if you deposit more will give half of the 5% that I receive)
Even though your deposit will be locked for 6 months, the profits made every month can be withdrawable or you can do what I'm doing and that's compound your profits.
Very much enjoy doing this as even though their is risk doing so it's definitely more "safe" than "betting" on the crypto market and a great way of getting passive income every month!
My advise is start with the minimum deposit of 500 and within a few months if you are happy with the results deposit more as you can definitely some good passive income every month from this!

2022.01.22 17:41 Okay_Face How to stop biting?

I need tips!
Every morning, my cat bites my exposed arms and hands to wake me up! Specifically about 7am, once around 6:52 but we had a talk about that. As soon as my alarm goes off he’s attacking.
They’re not love bites.
I have tried the following: 1) Immediately removing him from the room 2) turning my back towards him 3) not reacting
This isn’t sustainable and I need to correct this behavior. He is sweet the rest of the day! He doesn’t attack me during the day, only to wake me up.
Any cat whisperer advice?

2022.01.22 17:41 doughnutevergiveup Does depression/anxiety explain all my symptoms or is there something I'm missing?

F / 27 / UK / overweight / currently taking anti-depressants
I have had moderate/severe depression for 10 years and am being treated for it as of last year although it is not currently helping and I feel like I'm getting worse and worse.
My symptoms are mainly mental but there are a couple of physical symptoms too. I'm wondering if depression/anxiety (and the fact I eat & sleep terribly as a result) explains away everything except I guess the couple of bits and bobs everyone deals with - I have so many minor symptoms but nothing glaringly obvious so I was hoping someone could see if there is anything I'm missing that explains how awfully i'm doing at life.
General mental health related symptoms: - Depression, extremely low mood, lethargy, struggling to leave the house due to stress, not responding to or meeting up with friends, shutting myself away from the world. I feel lonely because of how much I cut myself off. - Getting overwhelmed with literally anything, no matter how small, or how much I would enjoy it, I do like no chores and feel so guilty, humiliated and lazy because of it - Anxiousness, feeling sick with stress, tight chest - I consistently have a dreadful sleep because i'm too overwhelmed to get ready for bed by a reasonable time - Whenever I get in a period where things are going slightly better, I self-sabotage myself
Symptoms that are slightly more specific to me I guess? (compared to the above anyway): - Brain fog that I assumed was depression related but now i'm worried it could be something more. My memory is generally quite good but I've forgotten silly things like my mum's maiden name and I find it hard to fill out mental health questionnaires from my doctor because my mind goes blank. I find this very scary - Binging/overeating, can't eat like a normal person, have basically binged/overeaten and then dieted for pretty much 10 years straight, my body feels like the death warmed up the day after a binge/a day of overeating and yet I can't stop myself from doing it again and again. This causes various pains following, in a variety of different places. If it's been a particularly bad binge day, my entire digestive system feels abused for want of a better word. Sometimes it's headaches, stomach aches, dizziness. It really varies so it's not like I have a headache all the time. Binging/overeating on sugary foods is a major issue for me. My weight is all over the place but I'm currently overweight and it makes me not want to leave the house. - Painful sinuses with sinus headaches a couple of months ago. Sinus headaches aren't back yet but the painful sinuses are so I feel like it's coming again soon :/ - Lately I've had an issue with buying stuff just to feel things/making purchases of things that could be the next "cure" to my mental health that I will inevitably become too overwhelmed to use. This isn't too extreme, as I'm not buying things I can't afford, however I am buying things I won't use or that I don't really have space for - Sciatica sporadically that I believe is due to periods of inactivity due to depression/anxiety - It's hard to give specific examples, but sometimes it feels like my brain will do whatever is going to make me feel the worst. Like I didn't cry about a pet's death I was really sad about even though I cry quite easily at stuff like that, as if just to torture me with guilt. - I have itchy ears and have basically messed with them repeatedly to try and stop them itching for years and I need to stop but I'm not currently managing. Sometimes I feel headachey and out of whack because of messing with them trying to cure them. - My elbows hurt if they're bent for too long and I don't immediately click them - When I get in an anxious state, usually late at night, I get really really cold and jump out of my skin when anyone tries to talk to me etc, and feel "frozen" as in like there's a mental block on me doing whatever it is I need to do
Sorry this is so long, I just have no idea whether any of this is even relevant and no doctor has time to listen to all my concerns and I have no idea what to prioritise when I speak to them. I would be so so grateful for any responses.

Just gonna say it outright. Im conservative, have christian family values, pro life, and don't believe gay marriage should be legal. I have my reasons for believing these things, and so do the millions of other conservative masculine gay men out there. I saw a thread earlier about one of our brothers being attacked by radical gay liberals who think they speak for all gay men. You cant preach about diversity and acceptance then attacking me for believing in traditional values.

I’m a lower level player and I’m really sick of randoms trying to shoot and kill me for no reason when I’m minding my business, and looking to complete different tasks. It’s even worse when there’s a group of them. I like the game, and don’t want them to keep me from enjoying myself. At best I just try to load in a different session. Put yourself in other’s shoes. It may be fun for you to do that, but it’s distressing to other players. Please stop taking advantage.

2022.01.22 17:41 lazysnake994 Trashy Bitch Shenanigans;

Hi all! This is my beginning post on Reddit, I've been on here for over a year, and being a FDA, I LOVE this subreddit! I've been at my hotel for over 5 years now, and I have seen some THINGS. Most recently, a crazy chick, our Trashy Bitch, that I had to have trespassed for just not getting the eff off my property...and other fun reasons. Our story begins with a local-ish guy (same county) checking in 2 rooms for a few days, then 2 more rooms the next day. I found it odd that one was for 2 nights, the other for 7...but cc went through so, ok. The 7-nighter was in 211. So a few days go by, no problems...we have a rough-around-the-edges local come check in for 1 night. I give them a ground floor room, 121. 2 adults are listed on the room, but I hadn't seen I notice the next day that they had extended, due to check out on a Friday. Then my housekeeping manager asked me an odd question, are 121 and 211 friends, because they were hanging out in the parking lot together the other day. I said I'm not sure, they checked in days apart from each other so I'd be surprised. 211 had been in the room for‏‏‎‏‏‎‏‏‎‏‏‎5 days at this point, and I had had no calls or complaints from or about them. Until I came into work on Friday. I was told to keep a lookout for Trashy Bitch from 121 around the property, because apparently...she was a nutball, and still hadn't left. We caught her on camera stealing 2 of our big bottles of hand sanitizer by the elevator. My HK Manager told my GM this, Trashy Bitch came up to the desk, and threw a tantrum because he caught her red-handed. Of course they smoked in the room, so the window being open to air it out, Trashy Bitch tried to climb back in earlier that day. B&E. She didn't like that my HK Manager saw her, so she decided to break a pipe behind the ice machine. ??? Destruction of Property. Oh, and thought she could keep a couple or her belongings back there for...safe keeping? It's the worst feeling when you come on shift, only to be told that you have something like this to worry about, and to take care of it when it inevitably goes awry. I was told to tell her to leave, and if she didn't, to call the non-emergency sheriff number. About a half hour goes by, and who do I see walk right past me to the elevator. To the 2nd floor. She ignores my "ma'am?!" The guests ACTUALLY staying in 211 call me a few minutes later, saying she had gotten into their room somehow, and locked the door, but they got in, and got her out. Cue her coming back into my lobby, me telling her she needs to leave my property or the cops will be called. "But they stole my things! They won't give them back!" How...?? I'm a super non-confrontational person, but it felt kinda good when I told her I don't believe her, nor do I care, and I'm calling the sheriff now. 211 asked to be moved next door, to 213, so I obliged, after they explained that Trashy Bitch was harassing them, they are acquaintances, but she wouldn't leave them alone. Taking the stairs like I do because I don't walk enough working here, I found a jacket and open duffel bag in the stairwell on the 2nd floor, and took it to the desk - I had a feeling who it belonged to. During the hour it took a cop to show up, on the camera, I see Trashy Bitch and a girl from now 213 arguing in the parking lot, several times...and Trashy Bitch bursts into the lobby with crocodile tears, yelling about how I'm taking their side. I asked her if the jacket and bag were hers - they were, I have her make a list of other things they "took" (like I give a shit) to get her to stop freaking out, and told the cop about her shenanigans and PLEASE get her out of here. Thankfully, I didn't see her for the rest of the night, and haven't since, although she did come in the other morning to "use" our bathroom for 45 minutes... 213 was actually really great through all of this; they were appreciative of me making an effort to deal with her, and were just as baffled as me at Trashy Bitch and her shenanigans. I know it's not the most climactic story, but it's a once-in-a-blue-moon event for me! Even with all the great stories on here of crazy guests, what else have you fellow FDAs encountered, and how did you deal with them?

Slow(er) Fashion: Make Your Own Clothes
Pip and Lo Mystical Gardens Organic Cotton Canvas - Burnside Bibs Pattern by Sew House Seven.
Slow Fashion is badass. It’s a radical shift away from unthinking consumption to responsible action. Slow Fashion allows us to align our money with our values.
Large companies like Patagonia, Pact, and Eileen Fisher push the boundaries of what’s possible at scale. They make beautiful, functional products while respecting the natural world and prioritizing a dignified workforce.
Indie brands lead the way through innovation. They expand markets by serving new slow fashion clients, and remind us that quality products require quality inputs.
The Slow Food movement taught us to eat what our grandparents eat - that is, mostly seasonal, whole foods prepared at home. But the slow food movement positions our grandparents - and us - as consumers, not producers. In reality, your grandparents probably had a garden that produced some of their food for the year.
Your grandparents probably knew how to sew, too.
Army Duck Waxed Canvas + Wood Buttons from a Dogwood that fell in our back yard. Lining printed at Spoonflower. Ilford Jacket from Friday Pattern Co. Indigo-dyed button down, buttons from Merchant + Mill. Fairfield Button Up Shirt Pattern by Thread Theory.
Your new t-shirt might carry with it a lot of hidden costs; atrocities committed against workers, uncaring destruction of wild lands. What started as an innocent attempt to cut costs or sell a few more garments has become a global supply chain that spits out tragedies along with consumables. In business, these tragedies are called, “externalities.” These are things we don’t pay for, at least not directly. Your new t-shirt may carry with it a laundry list of negative externalities: negative health consequences, carbon emissions, water and air pollution from chemical treatments, demoralized workers trapped into poverty, lost tradition and connection to the land, less expression and individuality, and short lifespan.
Slow fashion aims to solve these problems. Clothing manufacturers go to great lengths to source sustainably farmed natural fibers. They invest in suppliers to create better synthetic fibers that don’t require the same harsh chemicals or as much energy to produce. They provide living wages, organize themselves as workers’ cooperatives, and recognize the value of labor. And, importantly, they open themselves up to third party auditors to prove they are doing what they report.
These solutions are expensive, so they only solve the problem for consumers who can pay for them. Fashion industry growth has bifurcated during the pandemic, with most growth occurring in the low cost fast fashion segment and the luxury segment, which includes many slow fashion brands. This means that many of us can’t live our values. Many consumers are forced into buying cheap, low quality items that wear out quickly. This can end up costing more in the long term. This concept has been popularized by Terry Pratchett’s Vimes’ “Boots” Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
“Take boots, for example. He earned thirty-eight dollars a month plus allowances. A really good pair of leather boots cost fifty dollars. But an affordable pair of boots, which were sort of OK for a season or two and then leaked like hell when the cardboard gave out, cost about ten dollars. Those were the kind of boots Vimes always bought, and wore until the soles were so thin that he could tell where he was in Ankh-Morpork on a foggy night by the feel of the cobbles.
But the thing was that good boots lasted for years and years. A man who could afford fifty dollars had a pair of boots that’d still be keeping his feet dry in ten years’ time, while the poor man who could only afford cheap boots would have spent a hundred dollars on boots in the same time and would still have wet feet.”
Terry Pratchett, Men at Arms, 1993
Reused thrift store blanket + old sheet for the lining. It's like being in bed all day! Unfolding Jacket Pattern by Wiksten
Slow Fashion, like Slow Food, casts you and I as consumers. The best way we can change the world is by deciding how we use our money, tying our value in society to our income. It’s no wonder so many of us feel disempowered to make change.
Your grandparents probably knew how to sew. We can relearn those skills and empower ourselves to produce our own clothing. This slow(er) fashion takes some time to learn, but has so many positive externalities. The best part? It’s accessible at any income. Here’s what it can look like.
Step 1: Learn to Sew
  • You might have a family member who already knows how to sew. Your dad, your grandma, your little sister. Ask them to sit down and introduce you to sewing.
  • Sign up for a class at a local Maker Space or fabric shop. Your library or Goodwill might host classes cheap or free.
  • Check the internet for free tutorials. YouTube and Reddit are great resources.
  • Start small and build from there.
Step 2: Source the Basics
  • You’ll need a basic sewing machine, needles, thread, and fabric. These can all be found on Facebook Marketplace, your neighborhood yard sale, at Goodwill, or at your local fabric store. Sewists sometimes joke they spent $80 to make a $15 shirt, but it doesn’t have to be expensive. You can upcycle used clothing, or, if you’re in North Carolina, find cheap fabric at somewhere like Durham’s Scrap Exchange or Greensboro’s Reconsidered Goods.
Step 3: Practice Makes Perfect
  • It can feel daunting when you start learning a new skill, but you’ve got to start somewhere.
  • You can start by patching up old clothes that you’d otherwise throw out. If it’s a disaster, it doesn’t matter because it was already on its way out. If you’re successful, then you’ve breathed new life into a well-loved piece.
  • Over time you’ll learn new techniques. Sign up for sewing groups, try new patterns, learn new craft traditions.
Positive Externalities
  • Your clothes fit better. You can not only make clothes that fit your body, but you can also alter your existing wardrobe. You are going to look so good!
  • You will feel empowered and proud. Your friends and colleagues will be amazed that you actually made that jacket.
  • You will divert clothing from the landfill.
  • You will reduce pollution.
  • You will reduce greenhouse gasses.
  • You may find a new creative outlet. Sewing can open you up to the larger field of textile craft.
  • You will learn where your fabrics come from. You may even grow your own cotton, hemp, indigo, or madder.
Give it a try and fall in love. You’ll find your own reasons.
Naturally dyed napkins. Weld, Madder, Indigo, and Black Walnut.
