Since like 2 days ago my tarkov has been crashing when I load into a raid I’ve been playing since 2 wipes ago and this has never happened before so I’m confused since it hasn’t done this all wipe until I started playing with my friend and even then it didn’t crash until a few days after we started playing I’m not even really sure if it’s a tarkov problem because my phasmophbia has been crashing if I play on vr and try and load a map but only the vr version the normal game works fine soo that just doesn’t make sense if it is connected

Heyho. Sorry if my english isnt very good, only my second language.
I am Jan, I am from germany, I am 34 years old, my weight is 135kg (297lb I think?) and I am 1,80m (6ft I think?) tall. I know, I am pretty fat, but 2 years ago my highest weight was 216kg (476lb I think?). Back then I decided to get a gastric sleeve surgery and combined with a lot of fitness and a strict diet made me lose all that weight over the last 2 years. It´ is still going down slowly. And a lot of my current weight is just skin hanging around... lol... doctor says its around 7-10kg of excess skin.
That said, I have naturally a very big body frame too. Broad shoulders, big bones etc.
I still eat in a big calorie deficit to lose more fat. Most of it is protein-dense food like eggs, meat, dairy-products etc. and I supplement with whey shakes too. Smaller part of my diet are healthy fats and carbs. I take calcium and vitamines and omega-3 supplements.
For my fitness I walk around a lot, trying to hit my 10k steps every day. I go to gym 4 times a week, altho because of Corona I had to take a break from it, because I wasnt allowed in the gym. For 2 weeks now I can go back again. During the off-time I tried to make workouts with youtube videos at home but meh... it was kind of annoying. haha
In gym I do a split: Monday is back and biceps, tuesday I do chest and triceps, wednesday I do legs and friday shoulders and core. I do 6-7 exercises per workout and mostly 3 sets with 8-12 reps for each. I made this plan myself with knowledge I got from the internet... I dont know if its any good, but I think its more a "bodybuilder"-plan. But I think my goals and my body "genetics" (dont know how to say it... sounds weird lol) are better suited for a powerliftepowerbuilder plan. I dont really care about having a sixpack, I just wanna be big, strong and burly. I always loved strongman competitions, even as a kid I was in awe seeing the competitions on TV, but Bodybuilding competitions are not very interesting to me. Sure, they look amazing, but the competitive part of the sport is uninteresting to me. Not that my goal is to go into competition, just to say where my goals and interests come from. :)
So... A lot of blabla for this question: How do I train/eat to become a gorilla and not a Tarzan? :D
In my gym no one does powerlifting. The trainer at my gym doesnt look like he knows all too much about powerlifting either, altho his gym has awesome equipment. But he often pulls away the people from the free weights and strongman-equipment and puts them in the machine/circle area of the gym, I think he is afraid they hurt themselves (and I cant blame him). That makes me feel kinda insecure too. I do my deadlifts, squats and bench presses in the free weight area, but I feel insecure about it (especially bench presses make me nervous). So it´ is hard to figure out how to do it the "powerliftepowerbuilder"-way. Argh, I dont know how to say it, maybe someone understands?
So, how do I train and eat to become more "Powerlifter" and less "Bodybuilder"? Maybe you guys have good advice for a person like me, where to start, what kind of plan to follow, how to approach the weights in the gym and so on? I am happy about every answer or every person, who has interest to help me out or take care of me :)

2022.01.17 04:20 AstroQuote Add decimals in sets of .5 to the game

Supercell would add decimals to elixir in sets of .5 just to keep things simple to read. Elixir gain would be the same but the value displayed would only change every .5 elixir gained.
Example: 0 -> 0.5 -> 1 -> 1.5 -> 2 -> 2.5 and so on
Then they would do balance changes on existing cards and change some of their elixir costs because honestly some cards feel too expensive for the value they give, and if they were buffed in stats they might be OP, so better to reduce their cost by .5 elixir.
Or the opposite where a card is really strong and maybe is in need of a nerf, but if its stats are nerfed it might not be worth the cost anymore, and if they increase the cost by 1 elixir it might be too expensive and deemed useless, maybe just increase the cost by .5 elixir.

Then supercell could make new cards with abilities or stats strong enough that would not be quite worth a whole number but just right in the middle, a decimal card.

Just to have some fun here are some cards I believe could be changed to a decimal card:

Zappies from 4 -> 3.5 -> If they buffed zappies they would go back to being too strong and annoying,
but the way they are now they feel too expensive because they get 1 shot by
fireball or severely weakened by cheaper spells. Compared to other 4 elixir
troops, zappies have got the be the weakest against fireball and spells
in general. They usually need to be supported by other troops to have
any effect. Thats why they need to be .5 cheaper so that you get some sort
of value while keeping them easy to kill yet less risky to use.

Skeletons from 1 -> 0.5 -> In the past the skeleton card spawned 4 skeletons and it was very
satisfying and very strong. They were nerfed to 3, then buffed again to 4,
then nerfed to 3 again. Skeletons is a very high skill yet niche card that
only fits in decks specifically made for them and are used as a cycle card
but for your average deck if you want a cycle card you would go with one
of the spirits since you would get more value. Its clear skeletons are a
very fragile car in terms of balancing so we cant bring back the 4th
skeleton. Making this card .5 cheaper makes it THE cycle card while still
being just 3 skeletons.

Goblins and Spear Goblins from 2 -> 1.5 -> Stab goblins are just more expensive skeletons at their
very core and they hardly get to use their good qualities
such as dealing more damage and running faster because
they die just as quick. Spear goblins have a lot of potential
but they attack too slow and die so easy. Early game cards
dont deserve to be ignored and forgotten, every card in
the game has potential with the right help.

Earthquake from 3 -> 2.5 -> With this suggested change I honestly feel scared about it because in
one side, earthquake makes buildings ALMOST useless, softens ground
troops and deals decent crown tower damage. On the other side, its 3
elixir, only affects ground troops, does not fully destroy buildings,
BUILDINGS because the damage to troops is not good enough unless
you hit a building but even then, you are down 3 and your opponents
troops are still pretty healthy and if they are air, you are screwed.
Another case of just use arrows or zap.

Electro Giant from 8 -> 8.5 -> Fighting this monster is tricky and arguably more annoying than golem
simply because you have to place troops very precisely if you dont want
them to get fried to death and of course theres support troops to
deal with, E giant could use this healthy nerf without changing stats.

Cannon Cart from 5 -> 4.5 -> Cannon cart has always been an underused card because it lacks
versatility for its price. Its win rate is high, but its not fair to use that
against it because it has a low usage rate. Its easy for a card with low
usage rate to have a high win rate. The cannon cart is very fun to use
its satisfying to see it go but its not so fun when you lose because
it couldnt stop that tank fast enough, couldnt tank big hits, gets no
value as a building most of the time, couldnt help against those air
troops. Makes you wish you picked a wizard fast high splash damage,
witch splash damage with skeletons swarming the place or
an executioner who shuts down entire pushes if used right.

No more explanations but heres a few more cards who I think should be decimal cards:

Giant snowball 2 -> 1.5
Barbarian barrel 2 -> 1.5
Lava Hound 7 -> 6.5
Mega Knight 7 -> 7.5
Giant Skeleton 6 -> 5.5
Goblin Giant 6 -> 5.5
Skeleton Dragons 4 -> 3.5

Before you freak out about battle healer, think about it nice and hard. 4 elixir, bad offensive power, cant hit air, cant defend on her own, cant attack on her own, only good for healing swarmies that can be insta killed by spells regardless of healing. Please battle healer is fun she needs help.

Thank you if you read all this, I really believe this change would positively influence the game because it gives a lot of cards a breath of fresh air, can mix up the meta, allow for more experimentation by the players and by supercell.
