Anyone having any issues with it on PS4 so far? Iโ€™m barley an hour into the game and Iโ€™ve already had to reset it twice cause the game bugged out. First time I fell through the floor and got stuck in the world. The second time I put on a mask but it remained in 3rd person and had the Mask filter, I could only look around and not move.

2021.09.23 04:03 Money-Constant5460 Boss doesn't communicate and gets defensive when I ask questions. How can I approach him?

I've been working at a new job for a little over a year, and recently been having issues with the job. I was part time at the same company at a different site, but picked up a full time gig at a new site. My boss is well known through the departments as being a bad communicator; previously before he was made a manager, he was someone who never replied to emails and would disappear, so everyone was shocked when he was made manager. This was before my time, and when I left for the full time job, everyone pretty much warned me about it.
For the past year, I've flown "under the radar" of my boss's bad communication; I just did work. The department was understaffed, with one guy always out and the other completely checked out. I talked to other departments while I worked and learned our department had this reputation of never getting stuff done. I'm a doer, so I started just doing stuff, and since then, everyone else has noticed, including my department. A lot of people pointed out that I was kind of the only person in the department that did anything, and I was the lowest on the totem pole. While it bothered me, I just continued to do my work and learn as much as I could about the field. When review time came around, my numbers showed I pretty much did about 70% of the work in the department, and my boss remarked more than once that I was doing a great job and his supervisors also had mentioned to him that I was a good hire.
I had good formal reviews until one day, when my boss pulled me aside and said my performance was poor. I tried to clarify, politely what areas or what he meant given all my reviews and he talked about some projects I had assigned to me. I previously asked for his help with the projects, letting him know when I needed something. However, he would never respond to emails, even when I explicitly said that I wanted his confirmation, which lead to myself and the rest of the team improvising to get stuff done. Things would get done, and he didn't call us on it; I got the impression he was just happy to get results. When I countered with a paper trail I sent him, he would say "well that's not right, you should've asked questions if you were unclear." Naturally, it's been frustrating, and I've admittedly been less polite and more direct- instead of saying "I'm confused, I thought the plan was this, should I change it?" to "You told me it was this. Here's proof."
He talks in circles; for example, if there are two different processes for something, I would ask which he preferred me to do. He would always tell me to do what I think is best, and when I would let him know what I decided, he would shoot it down. Recently, I asked him in what capacity I should use each process, and he instead just went into what each process does.
To date, I have a long ass paper trail of unanswered emails and meeting notes I sent to the whole department daily about what we were all working on. I never once got a correction or response. He was aware of the work I was doing. After I got in "trouble" I decided to involve HR and they pretty much reprimanded him for giving me work that was not in my job description. He turned that into my fault: "well, put it on themselves to do that much work." Which felt like a slap in the face, given all the work I had done and he was aware of. So I decided to scale back and regress to my job description as per HR.
Naturally, he didn't like that. Suddenly work is piling up and he is freaking out because I'm not doing as much as I used to. He mentioned he wanted to balance out the workload, but since HR said to only do things in my job description, that left a lot for the next highest person to do. Since then, I've become the subject of his bad communication. I kept my notes and would reference them when he said he didn't tell me something. Now he's saying my notes are outdated and he told me something after verbally, but I knew better and would always write anything down he told met to do. I've confronted him with my paper trail, but it doesn't seem good enough.
He would schedule meetings for the department and cancel them last minute; not let anyone know he was off or where he was. He scheduled daily meeting times and then it would go over time by 2 hours; then complain we were not making progress on projects. A coworker is constantly late by 20-30 minutes and then we would pretty much begin the meeting all over again to catch him up, even if I sent the minutes to everyone after the meeting. My boss sends "blanket" emails telling us to be on time, but my coworker was never on time and my boss never did anything about it, Recently our new meetings were scheduled for a time, but he said it wasn't a firm start time; when I asked him when it actually started, he wouldn't give me an answer. It's a two hour window. He started giving out agendas, but doesn't send it to everyone- when I was out one meeting, I asked for a copy to catch up, and he refused to give it to me.
HR is backing me, but I don't know what else to do. I confront him with paper trails and he just says I'm trying to entrap him. However, I feel like he's lately been trying to entrap me- recently, he called me on my scheduled day off to ask where I was. I responded (probably shouldn't have) that it was my scheduled day off and it was on the department calendar, per his instructions. He didn't apologize or acknowledged this; he said he would send an email later that day about our communication issues. I told him I would look on my work day. He sent it to the whole department, "not naming names." I found out from my coworkers the next day that he had taken down the department calendar without telling anyone since then, and that he threatened to take away our scheduled days off (we are able to work a less traditional schedule that allows us time off during certain parts of the year). Everyone knew it was my day off, and I was the only one with the day off, and now my coworkers pretty much blame me for the threat.
He's taken my concerns I've brought to him and turned them on me; for example, if I ask for clarification on something, he says I'm not being clear enough and it's hindering progress. He talks shit behind my back to everyone, and I hear it because I've made a good relationship with other departments. I don't know what else to do if I have a paper trail and he still contests it.
TL;DR: Boss doesn't communicate or respond to my questions; gets defensive when I call him out and talks in circles.

4th year OD student here.
Saw a patient with chronic bilateral CSCR inferior to macula in both cases. BCVA 20/20 OD/OS. CSCR was present in images from a year ago, previously more active, but definitely still active in both eyes, just not affecting the macula at this point.
What is the risk of CNVM in these cases? Would you treat or monitor closely for CNVM development?

I have used the Gmail app on iPhone for years and I loved that when someone emailed me I would get the notification almost instantly. On my Pixel 4A I just can't get it to behave like this - there's always a delay of a few minutes up to 10 minutes or more. I often benefit from seeing work emails instantly so i want this functionality - how on earth do I make it happen? It worked like this with no configuration whatsoever on the iphone version of the Gmail app. Thanks!
